So I know that I don't update very often - In fact, I'm pretty sure I've been way too busy for my own good. Nevertheless, I'm going to try to make this an every Thursday type of thing.
You know, a good place for me to rant and muse on hard work, things that have happened to me, and maybe some funny stories about the people or places I come across.
As I write this on the train, I realize that I haven't explained my situation:
I don't work at a coffee shop anymore.
In fact, I'm probably the closest I have been to what I want to do with my life since getting out of college and trying to freelance. Now I know I started this blog to explain the things that I dealt with in that atmosphere, in conjunction with my coffee expertise (let's face it - I have to have some expertise after working with coffee or 8 years), but now things change, and while they might be stressful, or long hours might be spent in the office (that's right, I work in an office now), I promised these things to help myself and maybe give someone a perspective to someone else who might just be feeling that they are not moving in the right direction.
Nevertheless - its a new chapter for me, and I'm going to be more involved with this.
